Harlow is formerly known as New Town in Essex. Its population is around 86,000 people.
Located in the upper Stort Valley, Harlow Town was built in the decades after the Second World War to ease overcrowding and London and provide homes for people bombed out during the Blitz.
Harlow includes Britain’s first pedestrian precinct and first modern residential tower block, The Lawn.
The Old Harlow is the historic part of the town. David and Victoria Beckham’s former home is nearby and it’s called Rowneybury House, nicknamed ‘Beckingham Palace’
